Karen Hasty, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.

Dr. Hasty is from Jefferson, TX where she graduated valedictorian. She attended Texas A&M University (whoop!) and graduated Magna Cum Laude in Biomedical Science in 1992. She completed medical school at University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio where she was inducted into the medical honor society, Alpha Omega Alpha. While in medical school, Dr Hasty elected to stay in San Antonio for her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency. Here she met Dr. Nancy Rector-Finney who had the same dream as her: to build a small, nurturing medical practice where patients would feel comfortable and relaxed while receiving excellent care. With one existing patient, the two opened Four Seasons Ob/Gyn in August 2001.

Dr Hasty chose obstetrics and gynecology because it provides her with the ability to develop long lasting relationship with her patients as well as do major and minor surgeries that improve the quality of women’s lives. Adding BioTe hormone replacement therapy to her practice has given her another reason to love what her practice provides. It is rewarding to be an essential part of helping women (and men) age in a healthier, happier way.

Dr Hasty and Scott, her partner, live a busy, active life outside of work. Dr Hasty has 3 boys all with different interests (Russian, cross country running, hockey, and boxing) and Scott has a boy and a girl that add to the mix. In her spare time, she is passionate about all things related to exercise - her Peloton, Orange Theory, walking with friends, as well as reading. With her boys getting older and soon moving on, time at home with her family is time well spent!

Nancy Rector-Finney, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.

Dr.Rector-Finney grew up in Kerrville, Texas. After graduating from Tivy High School, she attended Wellesley College in Boston, graduating Suma Cum Laude in 1991. Dr. Rector-Finney further enriched her education by spending a year in Oxford, England studying pre-med/neuroscience, and subsequently completing a year of research at a top infertility clinic in Los Angeles. Following medical school at the University of Texas at Houston, Dr. Rector-Finney was accepted into University of Texas Health Science Center Ob/GYN Residency program in San Antonio. Upon completion of her residency, she accepted a position as Clinical Professor at UTHSC OB/GYN department. While she enjoyed the academic rigors of her faculty position, her true passion was patient care. Her one year faculty appointment solidified her friendship with another doctor, Karen Hasty, who shared her forward vision and deep desire to help women. Thus, in 2001, they “hung up their shingle” and have been cultivating relationships with patients ever since.

Dr. Rector-Finney feels it is an honor for a patient to choose Four Seasons ObGyn for her healthcare needs. She feels that a bond of trust is created with each new patient-doctor relationship. It is her job to nurture that bond by providing the best patient care possible.

Caroline Kittrell Forman, MSN, FNP-C

Caroline is a San Antonio native and no stranger to women's health. While her initial collegiate adventures carried her to New York University to pursue a BFA in theatre, after working as an actor for several years she returned home to pursue a nursing career. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from UTHSCSA with her BSN. After some time in the neurosurgical ICU, she felt the call to labor and delivery, to help welcome babies in the very same halls where her father spent his career as an OBGYN! It is here she met Dr. Hasty and Dr. Rector- Finney, and the rest is history. Upon obtaining her MSN, FNP from UT Arlington she joined Four Seasons and is delighted to be the newest provider in such a welcoming, female-focused practice.

In her spare time Caroline loves to knit, cook, travel, read, and exercise. She and her husband have two little boys that light up their life, and they've added riding the San Antonio zoo train and feeding the ducks at the botanical gardens as a top delight as well.
